- Key Results are the measurable, quantitative way to describe how you know you've met the objective.
- Initiatives are the projects and work streams that result in key result improvements, which we define through Problem statements & hypothesis

💡 OKRs are goals that reports set up based on their manager’s goals — on the basis that
- Managers know what needs to happen
- Teams know how to make it happen.
It call cascades down from the company goal.
