🔧 What & why
OKRs help us structure our Objectives, break them into measurable Key Results, and define the specific Initiatives (projects) that will help us reach those results.
It’s how we stay aligned and measure progress.

🔩 How you can update OKRs
- 15min weekly to share an update in our performance tool, Leapsome
- A few days each quarter to retro and define our next OKRs

Project Status Updates
- Update Key Results you are accountable for weekly on a Monday
- Write an update for your Key Result with the intention that the PX team, leadership and Execs will read it.
- It must have enough detail that any other person in the business could update someone else after reading it.
