1. Discover
- What’s the status quo? Why?
- What’s the business context & ambitions?
- What do our people want? Need? Fear? What motivates them?
2. Define
- What are the trends? Themes? Opportunities?
- What do we think will solve our challenge?
3. Design
- How could we go about it?
- Prototype, test, refine, MVP
- And for the love of god, please get wild, get creative, and have fun!
4. Deliver
AND EMBED. Don’t just deliver or it will flop. EM 👏 BED 👏
- Finalise your design
- Final check against PX Principles
- Share it with your users
