💡 If you remember one thing…
- Whatever the method, the goal is to:
- Put the employees at the heart
- Root the work in data
- Deliver business value
- By co-creating solutions with them, rooted in data, and that we build & test in short iterative cycles.
- People Experience is about how HR can apply an Agile mindset & methods within our own teams and projects.

Methods
Design thinking
A framework to identify problems and validate how we best solve them to deliver value to the end users — the employees.

Agile
About Product delivery principles that drive efficiency, effectiveness, and continuous improvement as we build & deliver work that adds value for the employees.
There are multiple Agile frameworks like Lean, Kanban, Scrum, Double Diamonds and more — pick and mix your favourite aspects to build the canvas you need.

Frameworks
Lean — project flow
Inspired by: https://www.gg-998.top/products.aspx?cname=what+is+lean+methodology&cid=58
- Lean is the flow we follow to streamline work
- Lean development cycles ****increase speed and efficiency
- The minimum viable product (MVP) is the product baseline
- Everything else should be built upon the MVP — it’s called an iteration
Kanban — how we track progress
- Kanban is how we track tasks by 2 week chunks, to keep projects flexible and accommodate frequent changes
- The central element is the Kanban board used to organise the work, split into Backlog, In Progress, Blocked and Done
- It should be automated as much as possible
Scrum — our cadence as a team
Inspired by: https://www.pm-partners.com.au/the-agile-journey-a-scrum-overview/
- Scrum is our work rituals and cadence, used to increase the team’s efficiency
- The central element is strict cyclical sprints, where the team plans the work of the next sprint (2 weeks)
- Rituals include planning sessions, daily stand-ups, and team retrospectives at the end of the sprint to learn & improve by the next sprint
- Note — we don’t have scrum masters and this role is currently also with the project owner, but squads said it’d be helpful 💡
