- What are our aims for the week?
- What's carried over from last week?
- What might get in our way?
- What help do we need?
💡 You can use your Kanban board to check in with your squad & move cards in the same breath.
🧍🏽 Stand Ups

🎯 Aim: to align on the work for the day, ask for help from each other.

- How’s everyone doing?
- Is something holding us back?
- What do we want to achieve today?

💡 What it's not - reading our calendar agenda for the day to each other!

Stand-ups cadence example
The Project Owner should align on the cadence with PXL and the Squad during Pre-kick off + kick off meetings
It could look different depending on the scope of your project.
Tighter cadence
If there are lots of squad members doing different things.
- Every morning, async on Slack, each member shares an update
- E.g. Today my focus is ABC — I’ll need support with B. Who’s keen?
More spread out cadence
If the squad has clearly defined tasks for the week ahead that they can run with
- Mondays and Thursdays in a Squad call
- E.g. This week I’m doing user interviews — I’ll let you know what I find on Thursday and drop insights in the channel ad-hoc
