Radical candor supports growth and helps people uncover their blind spots. It fosters a culture of trust and openness by challenging each other directly and showing each other that we care personally. Through trust and openness, it is easier for each of us to make their voice heard and share their opinions — the more information we have, the more informed our decisions can be. That's pretty powerful, particularly in a very fast-paced environment!
