It's not a min. or max., just an encouragement to go ahead and block the time to prioritise learning regularly even when you're busy!

The ask: give back to the community by sharing back what you learnt — via an article for the Learnerbly blog, mentoring, a lunch and learn...

Google Calendar is the source of truth! You can book an hour on there, no need to use Bob or anything, just go ahead and use whichever hour works out best for you. This guide might help:

We want everyone at Learnerbly to have the psychological safety to embed learning into their work-life side of life.

We noticed not all team members are comfortable blocking time to learn, and that the trend is that the more senior the person, the more confident they are to invest in their learning and block out time, so, yeah, that's why.
