Principles

Everyone can host a round table, just DM an admin. Your past experiences and job title don't matter as much as:

• Where you want to go
• That you're keen to share what you know about, dig into what you don't know about and challenge what you're unsure about

• 1 theme & a few questions prepared in advance
• 1 agenda for the event

On the day

• MC: What are we here for
• Participants: Who's here & why (focus on desired outcomes & experiences/thoughts vs job title)
• Participants: Based on why, we share experiences and what we learnt
• Participants: Share advice, tips, methods, challenge e/o
