• 1 MC
• 1 theme & a few questions prepared in advance as helpful
• 1 agenda for the event

Agenda example

• MC: What are we here for
• Participants: Who's here & why (focus on desired outcomes & experiences/thoughts vs job title)
• Participants: Based on why, we share experiences and what we learnt
• Participants: Share advice, tips, methods, challenges
